ALL LIBRARIANS HAVE  TO ATTEND HOLIDAY DUTIES FROM 23-25 NOVEMBER  8 AM-12 PM. IF WORK IS NOT FINISHED, LIBRARIANS WILL HAVE TO COME TO SCHOOL EXTRA DAYS.

  THERE WILL ALSO BE AT MEETING ON 28-31 DECEMBER FROM 8AM-12PM. ATTENDENCE IS COMPULSORY.

  On the 7th of November the Board Of Librarians held a Handover Of Duties Ceremony 

at Hardwicke House, Northam Tower to  commemorate the services of the Form 5

librarians who will be graduating from school soon.

  The ceremony, which began at 12pm, started with speeches from our Head librarian,

Nathaniel Mesias folowed be speeches from our beloved teachers Pn Wan Fazah and

Pn Norzela as well as PIBG President Dr. Main b. Rindam.

   Next was the 1st part of the award presentation to the librarian with the most appealing

qualities from different aspects such as discipline and attendance as well as the

presentation of certificates to the form 5 librarians.

   Then the ex-librarians Ashley Tan and Kishva gave a few short but funny and meaningful

speeches that will inspire us to strive harder in order to achieve success.

    After that the 2nd part of the award and certificate presentation took place.

   We wasted no time proceeding to our next activity which was the handover of duties from

the form 5 librarians to the form 4 and form 3 librarians. The newly appointed Head Librarian

of session 2009-2010 is Mathuvapan Sekar  A/L Sekar who takes over from Nathaniel. 

We hope that under his leadership, the library will reach even greater heights.

   Finally the emcee closed the program and it was time for the buffet lunch. Although the

spread was quite limited, the food was of high quality and all of us enjoyed the food very much

with a nice background music.
